Memory, Pavlovs’ Dog, and a Bad Smell (Once In Service, Now Insane )

It’s alright I remember you told me
You could put me at that same door
Even said how I would be
Sucked in by a pretty whore

You said I would forget your talk
And think I was going about my life
You said you could even get me to walk
Into the home of another mans’ wife

Did you think I would forget who I had already seen
Her mother, father, sisters, and her brother
Just because I could not recall where I had been
But I knew she had been a friend and a lover

I know it is easy to run someone around
When you have them drugged bashed and sedated
You think that none of my memory was found
Of who I had already had charged and berated

You think that you can run me like a program
And end up doing whatever that you say
You said my brain was so small it had no RAM
And that it was yours for whenever you wanted to play

You laughed about how I could be so blind
To your hypnosis and sublime manipulation
That it was easy to have me act at a word of any kind
And I would be locked away in another Nation

OK so you got me to that door
But did you think I forgot your talk
Are you sure I didn’t already know that “whore”
And it was us who was making you walk the walk

You see I did not get locked away
It was just another planned out exercise
Are you sure you don’t do what I say
While you think you are so smart and wise

Are you sure it was you who choose your bike
Or the new place to lay down your head
I wasn’t the only one who spoke in that mike
And are you sure you know who is next to you in your bed

You said that you could just subliminally order me
But did you ever think I was already following anothers’
So when you think you know the fool I will be
I’ve read your file and know you like brothers

Remember when you introduced me to your bikie mate
The one I had already seen in his uniform
Didn’t you hear him say I could order him to stay up late
And remember it wasn’t me who ended up with form

All the toys that you and your mates just took
Where left on the table for a purpose too
It made it easier for us to know where to look
And add all the names that it all went through

It is one thing to look a gift horse in the mouth
But you should check the ones you put in your pocket
And when you think you can play this fool down South
The fool might well be you set off like a rocket

So when you are briefing your crew
Don’t go thinking they are better than mine
Or go forgetting how easy you were programmed too
You can tell the boss that my memories are all fine

I know that injury took a bit of my memory
And I appreciate the therapy and the mixture
But for the things that others went through I am sorry
You could have just shown me the book and the picture

Some times all an order will be
Just go with the flow and see where it leads
That was the last one ever given to me
It got me jumped on by everyone and the Feds

Once in Service Now Insane

Just another delusion

I was told by a “friend” he could get me to do what ever he said…. so I let him believe it .. and watched him go about what I told him he would do…
