I wonder why
They have put me away
Did they shy
From the things I did say

You need to be
Where you can be safe
You can’t be free
With those thoughts you have

Those things you have seen
Are all in your head
The events have not been
Take this and get into bed

You’ll only be here awhile
Until your thinking is right
When you know when to smile
And not offend those in your sight

Don’t worry about
Them coming through your door
Learn not to shout
Even when they abhor

They are gentlemen to-day
And have never said
They’ll lock you away
Watch out you’ll be dead

You are too dumb
To have done wondrous things
Far too glum
To address Princesses and Kings

Artist's Description

If you are ever taken to a Psychiatric Hospital for whatever reason, lodge a protest and request a review as soon as you get there. I was let out as soon as I was reviewed. You will be sedated; even if you don’t need it.
