Artist's Description

A view upstream of the River Avon. Tewkesbury, Glos, England, UK. The historic large building was once a Flour Mill known as Healing’s Mill. The flour mill dates back to 1865 and produced flour for over 150 years. The Mill produced 25 sacks of flour an hour, the grain of which was shipped up the river from Avonmouth. It was closed in November 2006 and its future remains uncertain with large structural issues effecting the silo building.
