Artist's Description

This is St Peter’s Church in the small Cotswold village of Stanway, Glos, England, UK. The Church was rebuilt in the 12th century, the tower added in the 13th century and the whole building fully restored in 1896. The village is dominated by Stanway House, a Jacobean manor house that stands next to the Church. Stanway, a small crossroads village in the English county of Gloucestershire, is about 1 mile south of Stanton.
