Artist's Description

BEST VIEWED LARGE

The back of the old farm shed next to the Pacific Highway in the Clarence River region, around the sugar cane area.

My wife and I were travelling back from our recent holiday on the Gold Coast and realised that very few pictures we taken. As the drive back to Sydney was broken up over two days it was decided that if something caught our eye that we would stop and take some time to take pics. This dilapidated shed caught my attention (near Woodburn, NSW), likewise the clouds. It is very typical of farms in Australia (and probably around the world) in having old sheds that look well past their use-by date, but still in use. This one had some old farm machinery in it (rusted to the point of not being able to use) and lots of barbed wire bundles.
