Double Feature!

I’m so glad and honored that my new work “Amelia Calavera” has been featured today in two of my RB groups: Art Universe and Everyday Women

Thank you so much Kira and Evita!

Please visit their amazing Feature Galleries by clicking on the group links above.

Amelia was created using digital painting, handmade doodles, and vectors. Amelia was inspired by Mexican folk art and by the beautiful botanic imagery from early 1900’s. Day of the Dead is a popular and colorful tradition which is not only observed throughout Mexico but also in other cultures around the world. Also known as “All Saints Day” in other Latin American countries, this celebration remembers deceased friends and family members by making gatherings and prayers in their honor.
