Construction of the St Saviours Cathedral commenced in 1874, around the old St Saviour’s Church .the bricks of the old church now form the floor of the Cathedral.

The building was completed in 1884, though without the spire and bells which Blacket had included in his design.

We managed to arrange a shoot of the interior as part of the recent Red Bubble Rumble Goulburn

Technique: HDR 5 Bracketted Exposures, tonemapped in Photomatix, adjusted and resized in Photoshop Elements 9.0, adjustment in vivesa 2 and coloureffex

Equipment: Nikon D300, Nikon 18-200mm
