Taken on White Island, an active volcano rising out of the sea in the Bay Of Plenty, New Zealand.
About 70 percent of the volcano is under the sea, making this massive volcanic structure one of the largest in New Zealand.
It last erupted in 2000. In 1914 part of the western wall collapsed killing ten miners who were mining sulphur on the island.
The sight seeing helicopter has landed on the volcano floor and gives scale to the size of the crater wall.
