One of my hobbies is kickin back. It’s a discipline and I must admit I haven’t got it mastered yet. The key is to sit cross legged and focus inward. Breath in, feel your stomach expand like a balloon until it almost pops. Hold the breath for a little while then slowly let it out for as long as you can. Then recite the mantra: “bbbblllluuuudddddggggeee” (the word bludge said slow and lazy like). You will soon have all the spiritual energy you need.
