One of the greatest surprises for me on our recent vacation was our impromptu visit to Antelope Island! Not only was I in a perfect place to catch a magnificent sunset, but the island is full of wildlife! Not only were there the namesake pronghorn antelopes, but a nice herd of buffalo, a few burrowing owls, and at least one jackrabbit.
I got so many photos of all of these animals, and will hopefully fine a good one of each. I liked this one especially well due not only to the captured pose, but for the sunlight highlight atop its ears.
