*Soho/Autumn(Painted Ladies)*

I walked cobbled streets
so narrow that you could take them in one medium stride.
Glimpsed tired narrow buildings oddly masked
with brightly hued paint.
Crumbling,yet alive,
Standing Proudly,
Defying time.
Letting light & shadow
fight for their rightful space.
As the ripe October air,
Brushed over my face..
