Insenitive youth and mobile media..Part 1

I read with some mixed feeling on a horror road accident on the N.S.W south coast involving a fuel tanker and familys caught in a blazing inferno where young girls where burnt alive trapped in thier vehicle wilst the parents watched seriously injured on the roadside….Its not the first time and its been noted before that bystanders, mainly young people where filming the horror, carnage and death, rather than assisting in any way.I love my photography however ive always had issues with the invasion of privacy in regards to these things (mobile phone cameras) and nobody has ever seemed to take much notice over the years,or stood up and said enough is enough. You really have to ask yourself young girls and guys ..would you wish to see any one of your family or actually anyone being burnt alive on youtube and what about the people close to this family knowing this footage is out there for your entertainment..I think its a discrace and ill put it down to immaturity and sillyness on thier behalf..They might be lucky enough that the captured video doesnt haunt them and wheres the respect and compasion of this particular situation, its not a festival or new years eve fireworks or a video game .Its seems that youth have no regard for there own personal security at all and it also seems that there living in a strange heartless world now where you have to share with the world absolutely everything via youtube, facebook and twitter ….and its all going to end in tears for some of them in the end with social networking sites….. Its just ….To Much Information…and somethings and memorys are better left to die at the scene of a fatal accident so people can try and get on with there shattered lives…
