My art is simple narrative. Realistic, but also with abstract tones. Modern, but also classical. I often choose mythology as my subject, where all aspects of life are highlighted through the gods and heroes. I also paint still lives, animals and insects.
I was graduated as a fashion designer. Later I followed art classes at the Gooise Art Academy and specialized in life model drawing. I use acrylic and oil paint with much interest in old techniques and recipes.
