Claude Monet surrounded himself with beautiful landscapes, and his garden inspired his art. It survives today, perhaps in greater splendour. If you are lucky enough to visit in early spring, early in the morning and just after rain, you will capture some scenes devoid of people, and all the vibrant colours imaginable will be revealed to you. Here you are looking across the lake to his house. This landscape is a work of art in itself.
