Artist's Description

The City is of Night; perchance of Death,
But certainly of Night; for never there
Can come the lucid morning’s fragrant breath
After the dewy dawning’s cold grey air.
- James Thomson 1834 – 1882.

A multisonic little piece of translucent equation for your imperial delights.
The maltreatment of a couple of original photos lovingly crafted and merged with a polyphony (or a symphony), some might say, a cacophony, of Photoshop-generated shapes and textures. Layering modes were Lighten and Burn.
