Dragonfly Girl a poem by Rhonda L Strickland©
This little one, she had the touch.
Yet no one knew just how much
Her gentle soul attracted love
Of living beings from up above.
Innocent and open
To special worlds unseen.
The creatures were compelled
By her aura so serene.
We start out with an openness,
An unbridled receptivity.
We somehow over time
Lose our inborn sensitivity.
Will we learn somehow, someday,
To allow it to unfurl?
To hold onto the innocence
As does the Dragonfly Girl

A digital painting from a photograph of Hialeah playing in my backyard. This time the dragonflies were hovering around . . they seemed as if they were coming by to play with her. . . She waited patiently & intently for one of them to alight upon her little hand. . .
Please listen to this beautiful music (not my own). It’s amazing!
