Artist's Description

My suburb of Manly, QLD is a little slice of paradise nestled into Brisbane. It’s a little fishing village turned chic in many of it’s aspects.
It boasts the largest man-made marina on the Eastern Seaboard of Australia and holds wonderful events for the locals and visitors alike.
The Street, Cambridge Pde, is reminiscent of the old Fishing Villages and to this day still has that feel.
I may be biased, but there is no other local bayside suburb in Brisbane/Redland Bay precinct that even comes close to the magic of Manly and its old world charm. ;-)
I took this image of my favourite haunt, the Fish Cafe on Cambridge Pde on the Monday of the Australia Day Weekend, in the late afternoon.
I used a Perspective Controlled lens to add a different look to the image plus ND Grad Filter.
