I am Every Man - Universal Anthem

I am every man
All shapes, colors, creeds
I am every man
Living, caring, doing good deeds
I am every man
I want the same things
I am every man
A man, a warrior, a King

I am every man
I am all races
I am every man
He who the world embraces
I am every man
Like all men, I breathe too
Respect to me is due

I am every man
There is blood in my veins
I too feel hurt, pain
I am every man
I laugh, rejoice, cry
I am every man
Raising my hands to the sky

I am every man
I am a father, lover, friend
I am every man
I’ll be here ‘til the end
I am every man
The world needs me
Like yours, my life’s not easy

I am every man
I believe in family, community
I am every man
I believe in peace, unity
I am every man, I want you safe too
Every man is what I am
So true, so true, so true
