Artist's Description

A disturbing scene in the Heavens as a strange planet settles into orbit near the Earth carrying it’s own moon in tow. The planet Cebelis was knocked out of it’s orbit in a distant Galaxy by an exploding Supernova and drifted for light years before settling into orbit around our sun. Mankind can only monitor the situation as it unfolds, powerless to control forces far greater than his finite technology.

All the images were captured in Newcastle during various shoots on different days using a Canon 450D with a 250 mm lens. Some photographic elements were extracted from their backgrounds and arranged in the scene using Photoshop Elements 7. They had filter effects added and then another photo was overlaid to add texture to the whole scene.
