I’m so glad every now and then it snows heavily in England. I rushed out looking for potential spots to photograph, I took this one in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire, UK. After a few attempts I finally was able to create the perfect snow angel. While my pants (American meaning of pants) slowly froze to my nether regions I took this shot.
I hope you like it.
Canon 5D, 24-70mm at 46mm, f/18, 1/200 sec, ISO 200. No filters used. Converted to B&W I just had the sensor cleaned to this is straight form the camera.
This shot is also available from a photobook collection called Rural Mementos by redtree.me

Looks very cold. Love the contrast between the foreground and sky.

Ooooooh… lovely lines and geometry with the corn stalks. Beautiful tree. Awesome sky. Gorgeous example of rules of three. What is the British meaning of pants?
