London street photographers test their right to photograph on public space

I was recently made aware of this video made by the shoot experience team on Wirefresh. It highlights what photographers shooting in a public space in London can expect from private security guards working for firms or private property owners. It offers really useful advice about how to deal with such encounters and standing up for your rights as a photographer in a public space.

One thing I am pleased about in this video is the positive attitude of the police in these encounters, showing them to be professional, well informed and generally friendlier all round.
