Artist's Description

Campo de’ Fiori is a wonderful rectangular square in the center of Rome. Since 1869 in the early morning the square hosts a colorful market with fresh veggies, aromatic spices, little trinkets, and souvenirs. In the middle of the square, where Giordano Bruno was burned to stake in 1600, his statue looks defiant to Vatican City.
