This piece along with “All Tied Up” is a feminist piece about how women feel they are a slave to society and are. I was tempted to title this “I am not your whore.” but slave seemed to better suit it. Women still live in this male dominated world. Why can one man fuck 1000 women and be seen as a god but if a woman has more than 5 partners maybe even less, she’s considered a whore. Slut, whore, skank. These are all words to which have power but we have yet to come up with a name for a male whore and it doesn’t matter if we do or not because it will never have the same meaning. Just as cracker has less meaning than nigger because it’s been embedded for so long. We’re slaves because not only do we work but women have other jobs, housework and children. Men are slowly being more helpful but sociological studies are still showing that men do only 20% of household chores and childcare.

The world will change to accustom our needs. No longer will we be your slaves!!

ROAR! burns bra hahaa I’m just kidding.
