Holy! Holy!
Are You Lord God, Almighty!
Worthy Is The Lamb!
Worthy Is The Lamb!
You Are Holy!
“Behold the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world”

Now let’s take a look at what being called ‘The Lamb of God’ really meant. Before Jesus, the only way to approach God was through the blood of an animal sacrifice. In the time of Moses, under Mosaic law, a male yearling without blemish, innocent, pure and gentle had to be sacrificed to redeem humans, to make atonement for their sins, and receive purification from ritual uncleanliness. It wasn’t as easy, and they had to do it over and over. A lamb was sacrificed every morning and evening (Exodus 29:39). They were never truly finished. Not until God sent us all His final sacrifice, without blemish, innocent, pure, and gentle…His Son! (1 Pet 1:19) Jesus said it Himself as His blood flowed out for us, in His final words, “It is Finished” (John 19:30) The debt of all of our sins past present and future has been paid through the sacrifice of God’s own Lamb.

His name is Yehoshua Ben Yosef. Other names/titles have been associated with him:

Immanuel – refers to the son of Ahaz or Isaiah and has been applied to Jesus.

Prince of Peace – refers to Hezekiah and has been applied to Jesus.

The Word – Greek (logos) refers to the opposite of the Greek (mythos). In the New Testament it means the divine animating principle pervading the Universe.

Messiah – Hebrew (Moshiach/Mashiach) meaning “anointed” has been applied to Jesus although Cyrus in the Bible (among others) are referred to as Messiah.
WHEN WAS JESUS BORN?? PLEASE TAKE TIME TO READ HUGS CLICKABLE LINK

APPROX WHEN JESUS WAS BORN

In early fall
With this information we can calculate Elizabeth’s sixth month as December, during which Mary also conceived (Luke 1:26-38). It is probable, because of the circumstances shown in Luke 1, that Mary conceived during the last two weeks of Elizabeth’s sixth month. Thus, John was born in the spring of 4 BC, probably between March 18 and 31. By projecting forward another six months to Jesus’ birth, the most probable time for His birth occurred between September 16 and 29. It is an interesting sidelight that Tishri 1, the Feast of Trumpets, is one of the two middle days of this time period.

The registration. Shortly before Jesus was born, Caesar Augustus issued a decree ordering “all the inhabited earth to be registered.” Everyone had to register in “his own city,” which might have required a journey of a week or more. (Luke 2:1-3) That order—probably made to support taxation and military conscription—would have been unpopular at any time of year, but it is unlikely that Augustus would have provoked his subjects further by forcing many of them to make long trips during the cold winter.

2.
The sheep. Shepherds were “living out of doors and keeping watches in the night over their flocks.” (Luke 2:8) The book Daily Life in the Time of Jesus notes that flocks lived in the open air from “the week before the Passover [late March]” through mid-November. It then adds: “They passed the winter under cover; and from this alone it may be seen that the traditional date for Christmas, in the winter, is unlikely to be right, since the Gospel says that the shepherds were in the fields.”

We can estimate when Jesus was born by counting backward from his death on Passover, Nisan 14 in the spring of the year 33 C.E. (John 19:14-16) Jesus was about 30 years old when he began his three-and-a-half-year ministry, so he was born in the early fall of 2 B.C.E.—Luke 3:23.
