Hello! My name is Rebecca Monique Billingsley, I was born, and raised in Placerville, Ca. I reside and live in this small mountain town. I now own a small gallery in downtown Placerville and seasonally face paint during our apple hill harvesting time. I'm a mural artist and acrylic painter, dreamer, creative soul. I have a heart for community and artists supporting artists. I have an AA in studio art and art history. I was a creative arts teacher, art therapy. Welcome to my pure imagination.
