*This was my last shot from Ricketts Glen, taken on Monday, May 17th. I had the great pleasure of enjoying this amazing park with a great bunch of RedBubblers from the “Welcome Pennsylvania” group. We were gathered under the guiding hand of Lori Deiter, an outstanding host of the group (…and definitely the best looking …sorry Eric, Dave and Dan, but the truth is just what it is!). LOL!
It had been a mostly overcast, but extremely pleasant spring day here in north east PA. The shot was taken along Kitchen Creek, downstream from Adams Falls, the last named waterfall at the bottom of the glen.*
This photograph was captured with a Canon EF 17-40mm f/4L lens on a Canon EOS 10D DSLR body. The aperture was set to f/22, shutter speed 1/4th second at the 25mm focal length. The camera’s ISO was set to 200.
Ricketts Glen State Park Park is located in Fairmount Township, near Red Rock, Pennsylvania, along RT-118.
