The Low Road

Ey as ye are on the High road I look yonder an hold my head up high
as I trust yer words and know I heard and I will joyful tread the low road.
Thence when I come over the ledge on the switch I’ll be travelin’ the High road
without too much a glitch. And the courage I see as from one who has traveled
is the courage with which I meet my foot on the path. Tis wisdom I hear from you my friend and wisdom I take as a ration for mend. As many a lower road I’ve tarried before nigh, having not lost a foot nor an arm or an eye,
am grateful to struggle meander and learn, lest I give up and be buried and regret in my burn, for eternal His promise I yearn, thus so with each step I may grow and will learn.

I would like to Dedicate this to Joak, in appreciation for timely encouragement, and a brotherly word of strength and wisdom.
