and they’re mmmmmmmmmmm delicious!
the recipe for those interested:
2 kind of chocolate (72% and 85%)
a dash of raw sugar
a dash of cognac
2 dash of oat cream
- put all the ingredients in a saucepan on low heat to melt the chocolate
- let it simmer for a while and when it’s all smooth put it in a bowl and in the fridge.
- once the mass is ferm (but not hard) prepare in a plate:
sugar (very little)
a bit of pepper
mix well and take a bit of chocolate mass roll in in your hands and finish them in the plate to cover them.
don’t put them in the fridge or the fat will come to the surface and make that ugly whitish film.
