The Ghostbusters, fed up from hearing how to live their lives, shot back with, “Who Ya Gonna Call?”. A cotton-and-ink flame war pursued, prompting the question from Gozer, a distant traveler and an ancient evil, to four of our own New Yorkers: “Choose the form of the destroyer. Choose and pay!” Who knew she was talking about rent?
