Built in 1704, this old Blacksmith’s shop has always fascinated me. Located in Goshenville AKA East Goshen Township, PA USA. Europeans initially settled the area in the late 1600′s and in the early 1700′s. East Goshen Township was originally a part of a 5000-acre parcel of land known as the “Welsh Tract” and purchased from William Penn September 16, 1681 Lovingly restored this old shop is open for visitors on weekends from 1-4pm. This photograph was shot with a Canon 40D, equipped with a 18-200mm lens.
