Second Guessing

I’ve been told that I need to grow up, man up, and straighten up, but I’m getting too old to remember how.
By the time I figured it out, it was too late now.
So before you start to second guess, and scrape aside this absolute mess, remember that you broke apart these pieces.
Your bold face lies, infidelity, dishonesty, it never ceases.
The emotions I suffer from, the pointing of a loaded gun, try aiming down the barrel at no one.
Always looking for the one to blame, who brought forth the hurt and shame, and decided to destroy the friendship name.
I’m throwing it all away, just so I can walk out and be able to remove the expression from my face.
Why waste time on useless tries, and shedding tears on the useless cries.
I’m so tired of second guessing, you chose the outcome and now you can have my blessing.
So before you start enjoy your life, remove from my back that sharpened knife.
