Artist's Description

this is a very special shot to me
I was not allowed to take a camera into the prisons……

this as you see is from far away and from the outside

I have a passion for those in prison .

true religion is this : feed the hungry, visit the sick, and set the prisoners free. ( we are all guilty , and we all have our private prisons)

they are serving time
and when they get out . they have paid their debt……
time is a funny thing

it will break you or make you stronger

if , once you have served your time . …………

employers………….when you do a background check what is it that you are looking for ?

the best employees are usually those whom want , desire , need, and appreciate you the employer

think about it ………. these guys are looking earnestly once they are out. to gain a way to better themselves and provide for their families

the voice I kept hearing when I would visit the prisons was this ………..

……..I would hear."it would be nice to be treated as a man, not a number . We are serving time, but time beats us on our heads .

I met some of the most humble people on the planet behind these fences.
