Artist's Description

These tiny spiders measure only a mm or two (you can see that it’s sitting at the junction of two strands of web), and usually live in the webs of the larger Orb Weavers. The two species of spider live in symbiosis… the Orb catches the food and discards small amounts for the Quicksilver spiders. In return they perform the job of cleaning out the web, regularly cutting free small twigs and flowers that are carried in on the wind.
