After completing high school and compulsory two year national service with the SANDF (South African Army), Chris studied Electronic Engineering in Pretoria, South Africa.

He was involved in the IT Industry, managing the maintenance of software, hardware, networks, specialized electronic equipment, cash dispensing equipment and printers until 2004.
From an early age (1977) he has shown interest and a good eye for photography.
He easily relates to his environment and is very observant. The understanding and most aspects of photography comes natural to him and he decided to change his career and follow his dreams.

He is musically inclined and has been playing since he was three years old. He recently rediscovered this in-born talent, composing mostly classical guitar pieces and adding ambience and other live recorded instruments.

He is currently working towards his first CD release.
