Excerpt from my diary

This is a short piece from a very long journal. This just happens to be about my love for drugs and how hard it is to leave that lifestyle.

“I will hold your charge even in you don’t hold mine. The sky is dark and the stars are refusing to puncture the thick sky. You are my atmosphere and I am breathing you in. Each breath so deep, so pure. Fine crystals piercing my brain, coating my nostrils and my throat. So fine, so deep, so pure. You are an old friend. I miss you. There were days you took me so high and without you, although those days were few, I crashed. I hated you. I loved you. I lost for you. I lied for you. I needed you. I needed you to carry me. We flew.”
