Rarely do we have two full moons in one month but December 2009 has produced two full moons in one month – the second one is known as a blue moon – funnily I have captured something here which shows a BLUE orb particle or particle reflection infront of the moon – this shot was taken at midnight 2010, New Year’s eve – an hour after another interesting thing took place – the partial eclipse of the moon by the sun – I can only deduce that this provided special light and reflection conditions to produce this shot – whether this is a blue moon effect, a reflection of planet earth, just a reflection or even a particle in space! I caught two photos of the same thing – to me this is significant.
