Artist's Description

This large door in Lima, Peru, had a Judas Gate within it, and a hand reaching out to push it open further. The name has supposedly arisen from a Victorian era painting, depicting Judas (of betraying Jesus infamy) slipping furtively through a small door ensconced in a larger one, on his way to the betrayal.
