Just a retired old guy who loves looking for an eclectic mix of subjects to photograph, from people, to places, to concepts, and enjoys...

Retired, yet life long photography buff. Live in Florida in the winter, and Martha’s Vineyard off Cape Cod in the summer. Travel broadly and enjoy images from around the world and sharing with others.

Photography has transitioned from a fun activity to a passion, now that my retirement has provided me with generous gaps of time. There’s so much to learn and experiment with, and Redbubble has become a priceless asset to those ends.

I have a wonderful wife who’s been by my side in this magical journey called life, six wonderful children, and fourteen amazing grandchildren, love deep sea fishing, my piano, and cooking. ( some say I’m fairly accomplished at the latter).

I’ve become a Canon EOS fan, and currently use a number of Canon lens, as well as the EOS 5D body, and my newest prize, the Canon EOS 1Ds Mark III.

I’m open and eager for feedback on my work, and will welcome
all comments as gems to polish and from which to
learn more.

Anyone wishing to use my work should inquire first, in that it is not in the public domain

Appearance of B&W RB logo

If explained, I missed it totally! Could someone explain what SOME of the thumbnails of groups we submit to when uploading an image have a black and white RB logo versus an avatar from the group. Thanks in advance…just a curiosity that;s maddening! / phil
