The USS Arizona Memorial is the final resting place for many of the battleship’s 1,177 crew members who lost their lives on December 7, 1941.

This is the Number 3 turret which sits above the water line and is how the remains of those who died after the attack are reunited with their fellow crew members.

No mattter what your nationality, please take a moment and remember all who have died to keep all of us free.
