Built of Blue Gum and Stringy Bark – Carvel Tasmanian Sail Trading Ketch.
SV May Queen was built on the banks of the Huon River, Franklin Tasmania in 1867. Carrying timber and general cargo between Dover and Hobart for more than 106 years the May Queen today (01-01-2010) is Australia’s oldest sail trading vessel still afloat.
