Freedom is an important word, however, I think the antonyms of freedom may have even more to say…: captivity, confinement, imprisonment, incarceration, limitation, servitude, slavery.
How beautiful Paul! So simple yet so much to see! Your words are so true, however sometimes these are the most impactful and inspirational things in our lives. I am captivated by art. I am confined and imprisoned by my ignorance and, limitation. I am in servitude and slavery to those who are gracious enough to teach me. Brilliant as usual!! Yes freedom is important! Our art proves that. What a wonderful world we live in that allows us to express our freedom in a multitude of ways!
I like to focus on what feels good and your work feels wonderful. Even your dark images and exploration has elements of humor and redemption. I revel in your art.
Great image… Im not sure that the antonyms mean more although at times they may seem to scream louder. Perhaps its more about balance between the two? The word “happiness” would lose its meaning if it were not balanced by sadness. Carl Jung

Lovely. It has a very Asian feel, almost like a beautiful Japanese screen.
Gorgeous photograph, agree with the above posts about the Japanese feel – simple and beautiful like a Haiku :)
