Pamela Ruggiero

Pamela Ruggiero was born in Urbana, Illinois, but has lived most of her life in California. She learned to draw with watercolor pens, in 1980. She is self taught with oil paints and started in 1987. She is married and has been with her husband Joe for 38 years. She has 2 kids and 4 grandkids. One of her paintings was on the cover of Open Exchange magazine. She has sold more than 80 paintings thus far. She has collectors in U.S., Englamd, Australia, and India.
