Artist's Description

This is a small portion of a stained glass window that was designed using a technique called Dalles De Verre. The fractured glass is over an inch thick and the pieces are set in epoxy cement. The fractures cause the sunlight to strike and form sparkles which move along the chips and cracks. The effect can be quite stunning.

This window is in Pasadena, Texas. I thought this section would make a pretty greeting card.
