The King was lonesome
Queen Tiffany was dead
All that went around
Were women in his head
He was very lonely
With the Queen gone
But there were no women
Of whom he was fond

He decided to have a contest
And whoever would win
Would go to live in the Castle
And only be with him
He put out and Edict
Young women hear my plea
If you win this Contest
You can live with me

Send in a picture
And a brief resume
My daughter will consider you
But I have last say
The contestants were many
But there was just one
That the King wanted
To walk with in the sun

He announced it was over
There would be a new Queen
Her name was Rebecca
The most beautiful woman ever seen
He wrote with his Quill
A letter so nice
It said you’ve won the contest
This is my advice

Come live in my Castle
Among the trees and the leaves
Be a faithful wife
And I will not put you in the eaves
My carriage will take you
You’ll have a new life
I’ll be so happy
You’ll be my wife

A crown I will put
On your head
And you will lie down
Next to me in my bed
We’ll go for long walks
We’ll hug and we’ll kiss
And no longer
Will Queen Tiffany be missed

Oh, by the way
I forgot one small thing
I have waiting
A 10-karat ring
So Rebecca went
To meet the King
Live in the Castle
And be his Queen

Life was so pleasant
The Castle so nice
She made one mistake
She didn’t take his advice
She met a Knight
After her he did seek
She gave in to his advances
Because she was too weak

Now she lives in the eaves
Locked up and alone
A new contest is going on
So the King won’t be alone
