Artist's Description

In the land they call Goblin Valley, I came upon a gathering of rock hoodoos, but I could see they were Mushroom People in disguise. Standing tall in the front was one particularly proud Goblin. One look and I knew, he must be the Leader of the Mushroom People.

Before the state of Utah (USA) protected it as Goblin Valley State Park, Arthur Chaffin, an early non-Native American explorer called this area Mushroom Valley.
