24 days almost make a month. But spend them on safari in Africa and you’ll be rewarded with a lifetime of memories, magic moments and incredible experiences.

I’m just getting back from travels to the Kalahari, Okavango and Linyati areas of Botswana. Amazing places, inspiring people and astounding wildlife. And all the while, no cellphones, no email, no internet… No worries. ;-)

Our days started in the stillness of dawn, took their pace from the movement of sun through an African sky and slowed as a multitude of stars twinkled overhead serenaded by a chorus of bush sounds and solos from roaring lions, grunting hippos, laughing hyenas, yelping jackals and rumbling elephants ripping up trees at our doorstep.

Jetlag is a good excuse for my current lackadaisical state. But slowly I’m making my way to your comments, new works, group messages and features from the past month. Apologies for those that fall off my Activity page before I can get to you. Thanks all around for sticking with me here, supporting my portfolio and work and I look forward to getting reacquainted with your work and sharing new works to come.
