Living In An Institution

My world has been nothing but an institution,
Hours of fighting myself in pain of a revolution.
There is never an answer or a conclusion,
Only lost hopes followed by fear of the illusion.

I’ve seen hate in the streets and in the schools,
Crimes committed by geniuses and even by fools.
Banks closing and no water to fill swimming pools,
People starving and animals dieing in their drools.

Where there once was peace, dignity and gratitude,
There is war, killings and a lack of movement in latitude.
Few and far want to volunteer, acknowledge or contribute,
Wasteful spending in government to weaken our economy and dilute.

Answers are fore coming if we find strength within the masses,
Forget the color of the skin or the fit of the human classes.
Unite as one and make dreams mature through invisible glasses,
And respect each other as we put an end to gender harasses.

Artist's Description

Just wanted to express my anger and bring myself back to the real world. It feels beautiful to be part of this world  We must never forget that each and everyone of us can make a different.  We are special and there is someone who loves us and stands by us, we just have to look deeper within oneself.
