Artist's Description

Built in 1936 D-CDLH is the oldest flying Junkers JU 52/3m in the world. Owned by Lufthansa it has been restored its original 1936 Lufthansa markings as D-AQUI and named “Tempelhof” after its original Berlin airfield home. It is pictured banking in the sunlight against a black cloud background at the Duxford Flying Legends airshow.
