Artist's Description

This amazing bridge was designed and created by Alan Freeman who is a blacksmith at Parndon Mill, Harlow, Essex, UK. He is a craftsman working with mild steel, stainless steel, wrought iron and brass. His work includes the design, fabrication and installation of architectural metal work such as staircases, balustrades, railings & balconies, and also the heritage restoration of windows, gates and ironmongery.
He also welcomes special commissions from artists and designers and enjoys working on decorative & sculptural projects.
This image was bought by a friend of Alan’s for his birthday and I am honoured to say it now hangs in his front room.
