The Primordial Act

The Primordial Act, first to be wrought,
Wasn’t a Bang, but an Almighty Thought.
It travelled this concept, at fathomless pace,
Authoring Time and filling all Space.
The Dreamer Awake, was now well Aware,
That ALL was created to serve as His Lair.
He painted the Heavens and moulded the Spheres,
Twiddled the circles which govern their years.

Exhaled were the winds, Scattered was Sand,
Divided were Seas with a Brush of His Hand.
Grown were the Trees, easier than Hair,
Supplying us fruit and life giving air.
He framed a Great Grid to hold it in place,
Drawn to Perfection with immortal Grace.
The Waltzing of Worlds, Near and Remote,
Balanced in Time, inspired they float.

Pleased with His Work, He poised for purview,
Yet something persisted, what else could He do?
He elected a being, Angelic and dread,
To dwell upon Earth and rule in his stead.
An facet, a part of the Empyrean’s Plan,
To experience Himself in the form of a man.
So exceeding mere Beasts, we’ll eventually find,
That we ALL exist as thoughts in His Mind.
